Dina is originally from Forest Hills in Queens. New York. But she relocated into Dix Hills on Long Island just before she finished her senior year. Dina Meyer is the younger sibling of Gregory as well as an older brother named Evan. Between the ages of nine between the ages of 16 and 19, her first exposure to the business world was when she began modeling. The beginning of her acting career was at The Neighborhood Playhouse, New York. She studied the techniques of Sanford Meisner alongside Ron Stetson for three years. Sandra Bullock was among those who were trained in this way along with Michael Douglas, Jeff Goldblum Leslie Nielsen and Diane Keaton. When she moved from Los Angeles, she got her first role in Beverly Hills, 90210. Within the following couple of months, she was offered the part as Johnny Mnemonic. For this film, she was the one responsible of almost every stunt and demonstrated herself as an accomplished actor. Her talent agent was also representing Matt LeBlanc so, through her agent, she was able to score a recurring role on Friends.
